Install pantry & lattice door in hall.
Purchase side-mount RV ladder & extension ladder.
Purchase new rubber roof kit.
Recover roof.
Remove window beside kitchen door.
Install peg board for keys, umbrella, coat, hat, scarves in place of window.
Build 48″ tall bed with retractable steps on back wall.
Build storage into steps.
Install rolling trays for storage tubs, and sliding clothes rods for clothes & fabric storage.
Build (6) 6″ drawers between steps & clothes rod.
